Felix Salazar is a guitarist and composer who was born and raised in Los Angeles. He is also the primary arranger for the group. Felix has composed dozens of chamber works including music for strings (solo and ensemble), short films, voice, orchestra, jazz quartets, big band and various electro-acoustic ensembles. In every manifestation, Felix's music is empathic and emotionally driven. Life experience, be it a broken heart or the civil war in El Salvador, is the inspiration for his compositions. Felix also loves baseball, dabbles in photography, and maintains microcosms of various tropical plant and aquatic life.
